No Show / Cancellation Policy:

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled last minute negatively impact my livelihood- Because I schedule by area on a tight schedule, it's very hard to fill last minute empty spots. Last minute cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the missed groom fee. No shows (where I get to your door and no access to the dog is to be had) may result in up to 100% of the missed groom fee. This of course does not apply to emergencies!
